Shipping
All gift orders
placed
with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 2:00 PM CST ship the same
day. Air orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day.
Please allow a 3 to 5 day lead time for all wedding and baby shower
favors so that they may be delivered on time for those events. No
refunds will be issued and no guarantee will be given for on-time
delivery if the order is not placed early enough to ensure a timely
arrival.
Fruit: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions.
o Monday through Wednesday standard and next day air shipping are the available options.
o Thursday Next Day air is the only option
o There is no shipping of fruit on Friday.(We do not offer Saturday delivery on Fruit)
(All fruit orders placed on Thursday and Friday via "standard" ground will be shipped on Monday.)
APO & PO Box Shipping
We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes.
However,
all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In
addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage
claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your
own risk. The time and effort it takes to handle a claim with the post
office is simply beyond our capabilities at this time. You can however
process claims on your own if you so choose.
Shipping to Canada
We
offer shipping to all Canadian addresses via UPS. Shipments take one
extra day to ship out and are shipped via UPS. However, there will be
no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims offered or
honored on these shipments. These are shipped at your own risk.
Bulk Order Form
We offer a
bulk order form. Once you have created an account with us, we will make
this form available to you for submitting your larger orders. It should
be used for large shipments all going to one address. This is
especially useful if you would like to hand-deliver your gifts to your
clients directly. In this case one order form may be submitted and all
of the items can then be sent to you so that you can service your
clientele with the personal touch of a face-to-face gift. You may
simply email us the completed form and we will send you a
confirmation.
Claims & Returns
All
damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made
within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No
exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a
discrepancy Baby Gift Basket Stores will make every effort to resolve the
issue in a timely manner and to your customer's satisfaction. Credits
and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Baby Gift Basket Stores and
will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified
by the carrier. If your recipient disposes of the gift before we can
verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All
claims must be issued in writing by e-mail. Claims will not be accepted
via the phone.
In the event a carrier returns a gift due to
being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a
recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to
the member's bill and the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping
back to Baby Gift Basket Stores and any address correction fees.
